This site is owned and operated by SIA “Truffle bee” (hereinafter – the Company). This Returns policy govern the return of products, ordered on website trufflebee.com (hereinafter – the Site).

14 days as of receipt of the order

Conditions for return
To be eligible for a return, the order shall be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Return expenses
Please note that any return of the goods of appropriate quality is at the cost of the Buyer. The cost of return is equal to the cost of delivery; however, we are not liable for any changes in these costs as they are determined by the transportation company. We will decrease the cost of the order to be refunded for the amount of transportation paid by us (if not paid by the Buyer).

Returns procedure
You can contact us at shop@truffle-bee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
